macaroni bake

I was making the macaroni casserole from Homestyle Favourites Made Meatless and I decided to make some mini bakes for my bentos.
I followed Maki's tips for making individual portions. They turned out great and look really cute, great for bento.
To make them meatless, I used Quorn Mince where in a meat version you would use beef. It tastes different to meat, because it's not meat, but it is great in tomato sauce dishes like this one.
I like it because it is high in protein and low in calories.
Where the recipe called for grated cheddar cheese I've used Bega Super Slim Slices, again a low calorie option.

Now that they've cooled the unused portions have been put in the freezer for a later date. ^_^
