Maple mashed pumpkin and garlic mayonnaise.
Mini moussaka and asparagus.
The pumpkin was super easy. Mash a small portion, then mix in half a teaspoon of maple syrup and a little butter.

Time & process:
- Cook asparagus in microwave and make garlic mayonnaise - 3 minutes.
- Cool asparagus and make mashed pumpkin - 3 minutes.
- Cool pumpkin, chop orange and arrange in snack box with grapes, crackers and jelly - 5 minutes.
- Arrange moussaka and asparagus in middle tier and pumpkin and sauce in lower tier.
