chinese omelette bento

Front: Chinese omelette, braised brussel sprouts and pine nuts.
Left: mushroom sauce for omelette and nori rice crakers.
Right: Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, dried apricots, almonds and a Laughing Cow cheese (to eat with rice crackers).

Time & process:
  1. Braise brussel sprouts and toast pinenuts- 5 minutes
  2. Slice omelette into quarters, roll and arrange in bento box with brussel sprouts and pinenuts - 3 minutes
  3. Place mushroom sauce and rice crackers in patty-pans and place in bento box - 2 minutes
  4. Arrange fruit, nuts and cheese in snack box - 5 minutes
