wrap and snack bento

Today I've made a bento for lunch, and one for an afternoon snack.

Lunch: mountain bread wrap (chicken, lettuce, tomato, light cheese, hommus and sweet chilli sauce), natural yoghurt with cinnamon and honey, tamari nibble mix and a jelly.
Snack: nori rice crackers, light Laughing Cow cheese, dried apricots, blueberries, raspberries and macadamias.

Calories: 725 (3026kj)

Process & time:
  1. Make wrap: chop chicken, shred lettuce and slice cherry tomatos. Spread hommus on mountain bread, top with lettuce then chicken, sweet chilli sauce, cheese and tomato, roll up - 5 minutes.
  2. Toast wrap, prepare yoghurt and pack snack box: While a small frying pan is heating to medium, serve yoghurt into patty pan. When heated ad wrap and cook on one side for 2 minutes. Meanwhile top yoghurt with cinnamon and honey. Turn wrap and cook on other side for 2 minutes (place crackers and cheese in one half of snack box, fruit and nuts in the other - 5 minutes.
  3. Pack lunch bento: cut wrap into thirds and arrange in bento box with yoghurt, nibble mix and jelly - 2 minutes.
