I made chilli bean soup for dinner, it was delish! To make it a bit more filling for lunch I mixed it was rice for bento.

Time & process:
- Cook chilli bean soup for dinner - 30 minutes.
- Peel, remove pith from mandarin and separate into segments - 5 minutes.
- Pack mandarin in bento box with French onion dip and water crackers - 2 minutes.
