chickpea pie bento

Chickpea curry pie, garlic-baked broccoli, beans, Hello Panda, mandarin and hommus.

I made the pie from left over chickpea curry and some reduced-fat puff pastry I found in the freezer. It turned out very nice. ^_^

  1. I ADORE savory pies... they're adorable! Very creative of you. I'll have to see if I can find reduced-fat puff pastry dough here and do this. Great little lunch =)

  2. It's very easy, and you can put what ever you like in them.

Brush the tops of the pies with a little milk so they brown nicely while cooking. ^_^

btw, I am loving your bento box collection. Where do you buy most of your bento boxes?

  4. I have bought most of my bento boxes off eBay.
    Prices are usually lower there.
