tomato salad bento

Tomato salad, balsamic vinegar, fetta cheese (made from goat's milk), hommus and green beans.

The fetta is to eat the with the salad and the beans are to dip in the hommus.

Time & process:
  1. Seed and dice the tomatoes, dice onion and chop parsley, then mix together - 20 minutes
  2. Cube fetta and place in bento box with hommus - 5 minutes
  3. Halve beans and place in bento box - 1 minute
