My first go at this recipe for chickpea patties, they were okay, they looked tasty but there was a little too much onion and not enough other flavours, I need to work on it a little.
- Make patties and let cool.
- Pack patties with cherry tomatoes and chutney.
- Segment grapefruit and collect juice in a bowl.
- Soak the apple in the grapefruit juice.
- Pack the fruit salad.
