vegetable cassoulet bento

vegetable cassoulet, toasted garlic bread crumbs (to sprinkle on cassoulet before eating), Hello Panda and an orange.

Full of tasty vegies this one, yum! And the toasted bread crumbs give it a lovely garlic hit when you're easting. You can never have enough garlic as far as I am concerned!

To make the crumbs I tossed some bought bread crumbs with a little olive oil (about a tablespoon per cup of crumbs) and mixed in a few cloves of crushed garlic. Put it in a slice pan then in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes, stirring half way. Yum!

Time & process:
  1. Make cassoulet and toast crumbs - 60 minutes
  2. Slice orange and place in bento box with Hello Panda - 2 minutes
  3. Place cooled cassoulet and crumbs in bento box - 2 minutes
