Full of tasty vegies this one, yum! And the toasted bread crumbs give it a lovely garlic hit when you're easting. You can never have enough garlic as far as I am concerned!
To make the crumbs I tossed some bought bread crumbs with a little olive oil (about a tablespoon per cup of crumbs) and mixed in a few cloves of crushed garlic. Put it in a slice pan then in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes, stirring half way. Yum!
Time & process:
- Make cassoulet and toast crumbs - 60 minutes
- Slice orange and place in bento box with Hello Panda - 2 minutes
- Place cooled cassoulet and crumbs in bento box - 2 minutes
