mexican mix bento

Chilli beans, lettuce, salsa, capsicum, tomato and guacamole.

I know... Its another Mexican bento. But I love it, it's quick, tasty and fresh! But, it just goes to show how many different ways it can be presented!

Process:
  1. Cook beans following this recipe.
  2. Shred lettuce, slice tomato and chop capsicum.
  3. Make guacamole.

Time: 30 minutes.
