sandwich bento

Sandwich (cheese, mustard and vegetarian deli slices), blue berries, half a banana, peanuts, wholegrain rice crackers and cream cheese and sweet chilli sauce.

Calories: 512 (2139kj)

A nice healthy, well rounded lunch I think. Healthy snacks, fruit and a filling sandwich.

  1. Mack sandwich and pack in bento box with blueberries.
  2. Cut banana in half and place in bento box with nuts and crackers.
  3. Place a spoon of cream cheese in a small container and cover with a dollop of sweet chilli sauce.
Time: 15 minutes.
