vege'katsu' bento

Top: Tamari Nibble Mix, grapes (hidden) and apples.
Bottom: vege'katsu', provencal vegetables and cucumber stars.

The vege'katsu' is a bit of a trial for me, a vegetarian version of tonkatsu made with a Quorn burger and Bulldog tonkatsu sauce.

Calories: 413 (1724kj)

Process & time:
  1. Cook Quorn burger & Chop apple = 15mins
  2. Soak apple in acidulated water, cool burger = 15mins
  3. Arrange bottom tier and make cucumber stars = 4mins
  4. Arrange bottom tier = 5 mins
