Bottom: vege'katsu', provencal vegetables and cucumber stars.
The vege'katsu' is a bit of a trial for me, a vegetarian version of tonkatsu made with a Quorn burger and Bulldog tonkatsu sauce.

Process & time:
- Cook Quorn burger & Chop apple = 15mins
- Soak apple in acidulated water, cool burger = 15mins
- Arrange bottom tier and make cucumber stars = 4mins
- Arrange bottom tier = 5 mins
