noodle bento

Stir-fried udon noodles, half a kiwi fruit, prunes, apricots, almonds hiding under a Hello Kitty Babybel and an instant miso soup (which I am enjoying right at this moment).

Time & Process:
Cook noodles and serve: I will share the recipe in a separate post - 10-15 minutes.
Prepare snack: cut kiwi friut with a small knife, place in bento box with dried fruit and nuts. Use face cutter to put Hello Kitty image onto Babybel, place in lower tier of bento box. Put soup sachet in soup bowl - 5 minutes.

I go back to work tomorrow, and I will back making regular posts, yay! ^_^
