Process & time:
- Make quesadilla: heat a frying pan on a medium heat, mix cheese, beans, coriander and spring onion in a small bowl the slice half an avocado. Place Lebanese bread on frying pan, cover half with cheese mixture then place avocado on top, fold bread over and cook until bread has browned on bottom, turn and brown other side - 10-15 minutes.
