vegetable stew and snacks bento

Vegetable stew, grapes, strawberry, goat feta, green tomato chutney, natural yoghurt with cardamom and honey and a chamomile and spearmint tea.

A nice hearty stew to warm me up on a cold day. With some tasty snacks and a lovely cuppa, and all of it is detox friendly too. ^_^

Time & process:
  1. Make stew - 60 minutes
  2. Mix cardamom and honey with yoghurt - 2 minutes
  3. Cut feta and arrange in bento box - 4 minutes
  4. Place yoghurt and cooled stew in bento box - 3 minutes
