Sardines cooked with Worcestershire sauce to eat on water crackers with cream cheese and tomato slices. Yum!
Process:
- Cook 100g tin of sardines (in spring water, drained) with 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Slice tomatoes and place in bento box with sardines.
- Place cream cheese and crackers in lower tier of bento box.
Very quick, 15 minutes tops!
