tomato and sardine bento

Sardine spread, tomato slices, water crackers and cream cheese.

Calories: 400 (1672kj)

Sardines cooked with Worcestershire sauce to eat on water crackers with cream cheese and tomato slices. Yum!

  1. Cook 100g tin of sardines (in spring water, drained) with 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Slice tomatoes and place in bento box with sardines.
  3. Place cream cheese and crackers in lower tier of bento box.
Very quick, 15 minutes tops!
