schnitzel and salad bento
Capsicum, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, veggie schnitzel, grapes, fetta and celery.
Calories: 300.
Process:
Cook schnitzel in oven for 15 minutes.
While schnitzel is cooking chop capsicum, cucumber, celery and fetta.
When schnitzel is cooled, chop into bite-sized pieces and pack bento box.
Time: 20 minutes.
